Questions
Does my client need an account?
No. They open one link, on their phone, and send what the list asks for.
Which plan sends WhatsApp?
Practice and Firm. Solo sends email.
When is the request finished?
When you have accepted every required item. A file that is only uploaded is waiting for you.
What if they send the wrong file?
You reject it with a note. They see the note on the same link and send another.
What is an active request on Solo?
An open request the client can still complete. Solo includes 25 at a time. Completing one frees the slot. Practice and Firm are not capped.
Is the trial a charge?
The trial lasts 14 days. Until billing is connected, the subscription screen is a test payment and does not charge a card.
Security
Clients open a private link. They do not get a password.
Files are encrypted at rest with a key that belongs to the workspace.
Staff sign in. Roles are owner and staff.
Accepting, rejecting, and sending a reminder are written to an audit log. The site is served over HTTPS.
